Me and my wife found the perfect jeep here at velocity. We’ve previously dealt with big dealerships and the time it took to buy was crazy. At velocity we test drove the jeep and were in and out in 30 min. We will never go to another dealership again. Best customer service. Steven is the man.

Nothing but a good experience here! I called the place and asked about a vehicle. He sent me over a video of it and highlighted any areas that would possibly make me uninterested in the car (it had some minor cosmetic issues). When we were on our way another buyer was interested in the car but were further away. He told them since we were almost there that he will wait and see if we purchase the vehicle before accepting their deposit. He was totally transparent with us on the entire situation. Let us drive the car and check it out. Wasn’t pushy, wasn’t rude. Didn’t run our credit 50 times like dealerships do. He ran it twice. Honestly if I’d had this experience with dealerships I’d probably never have car buying anxiety. But it went great and honestly I’d buy another from this place if I ever needed to! Our car runs and drives fantastic!!

Absolutely wonderful experience!! This was the first time I have ever purchased/ financed a vehicle and let me just say I was nervous about the whole process. I talked with Steven and he was awesome! Very friendly and honest! He was very accommodating and worked with our schedule. Me and my family will be considering this dealership first with any future car purchases. We will definitely be recommending this place to friends and family!

Buying a car is never a fun experience, from car salesman undercutting rates, charging insane unnecessary fees, and scamming unfamiliar customers into massive interest rates and long loans. Not here! Steve communicated with me the entire time of me inquiring about a vehicle. I was so impressed with his professionalism and communication I drove 2.5 hours to pick up a vehicle from this location. Super genuine people here, and I will be returning for cars in the future.
